Flathead Valley Directory
Accessibility version 1.0, effective May 11, 2026
Granite Ridge Realty is committed to making the Flathead Valley Directory usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We welcome reports of accessibility barriers and treat them as priority issues.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Despite our efforts, some content on the directory may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Known areas where we are working to improve include map components served by third-party providers and historical business photographs uploaded by listing owners. We will update this section as known limitations are addressed.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the directory or need information from a listing presented in a different format, please contact us at clint@skyvaultmedia.co. We will respond as quickly as we can and provide the information you requested in an accessible alternative format where reasonable.
The directory includes content submitted by business owners, photographs uploaded by listing owners, and maps served by third-party providers. We work to ensure these elements meet basic accessibility expectations (alternative text on submitted images, captions where provided), but we cannot guarantee third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA.
